Welcome to eTicketTicket.Com

This is a little misleading, as this website is not about speeding tickets or getting out of them.  It is about tickets that you want!  Such as Concert Tickets, Sporting Event Tickets and Travel tickets.  But we thought as long as we are going to start things out, we would take a little lighter tone.
Hey, after all, who hasn't gotten a speeding ticket?

How To Beat A Speeding Ticket

So you want tips on how to beat a speeding ticket, do you? Well, tip number one is not to put yourself into the situation of getting a speeding ticket. Although this is the only true way to get out of a speeding ticket, there are other, less successful ways, to get out of a basic speeding ticket. First, let's discuss some precautionary measures that will help you wiggle out of a potential speeding ticket and then progress on how to beat a speeding ticket if you do get one anyway.
Rule number one: don't speed. Yeah, right, I know. We all do it.

When you get caught, remember that police officials are people too. Their job is to maintain the safety of the streets and to secure the welfare of the general republic. It is their job to use radar guns to warn violators, write tickets, reduce safety hazards us speeders cost. Police officials follow orders and if you are approached by one, do not be rude or cheeky. Address them politely, humbly, and respectfully. You shouldn't be holding them responsible for your infraction; it is their job to catch you breaking the law, to reprimand you and redirect you. It's not your fault.

If you swear and belittle the police officer, you're going to 100% get a ticket. And for crying out loud, if you had a drink at happy hour, don't say anything at all!

Be polite. Be polite. Be polite. Don't play dumb but don't admit that you're guilty either. In the example above, it's better to say nothing at all rather than stupid or lame excuses like "my speedometer is broken" or "I wore the wrong shoes today". No one knows the law inside and out other than the police officer. Use "Yes, Sir/Ma'am" and "No Sir/Ma'am" where applicable.

There is a catch-22; if you act very scared (ladies, turn on the irrational tears here), ignorant, and stupid as hell, most police officials will let you go with a warning. Convincing them that they will pay for catching you will not help the situation; convincing them that the ticket is the end of your life as you know it (knew it) may get you some pity points. Play it safely. Always show respect. That is number one.

If you find yourself in traffic court with the ticket anyway, here is how to beat it. Don't do anything that will make the cop remember you in court. Don't argue, don't insult, don't throw things or act irrational. If you make the police official draw their weapon or call for back up, you're going to be paying more fines. Just accept the ticket and plead down while writing down every single thing that happened that day and time when you got your ticket. Explain this to the judge.

They can usually reduce speeding tickets down to moving or non moving violations which allows you to, essentially, beat that speeding ticket.

It's easier not to speed though... Yeah, right.
